3" of snow in Shohola this morning...
but I'm not there!
I'm in San Francisco, foraging for miner's lettuce (Claytonia perfoliata),
admiring the poppies,
and wondering what the HELL this plant is!
Somebody, anybody, help an east coast gardener out. It reminds me of some kind of bugloss; it's giant and gorgeous and I want it!
A walk in Glen Canyon Park was the perfect recovery from a cross country flight. Red tailed hawks, wild flowers, foraging, sunshine, and dogs, among whom Stella is a standout.
Sorry about the snow, honey.
